The cast for the new 2018 Super Sentai series, Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger, has officially been revealed in a press conference.
The members of the Lupinrangers are phantom thieves united by the fact each of them has lost a loved one.
Asahi Itou, 17 years old - Kairi Yano/LupinRed
Shogou Hama, 23 years old - Toma Yoimachi/LupinBlue
Haruka Kudo, 18 years old - Umika Hayami/LupinYellow
Kousei Yuki, 23 years old - Keiichiro Asaka/PatranIchigo
Ryo Yokoyama, 23 years old - Sakuya Hikawa/PatranNigo
Kazusa Okuyama, 23 years old - Tsukasa Myoujin/PatranSango
The members of the Lupinrangers, when you take the first couple of letters, spells out "Kai-To-U", meaning thief. While the Patrangers member's names spells out "Kei-Sa-Tsu" meaning police.
Other cast members include Yoichi Nukumizu as Kogure, a butler who promised to help the Lupinrangers to find their missing loved ones; and American comedian and actor Ike Nwala as Hilltop Commissioner in-charge of the Patrangers.
Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger is about two Sentai teams who are trying to retrieve a special treasure any ways necessary. The enemies of this series are called the Gangler.
Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger will air on February 11th 2018 on TV Asahi in Japan, replacing Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.
