Keiichiro Asaka (朝加圭一郎 Asaka Keiichirō) is one of the main protagonists of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. He is the Red Ranger of the Patranger, making him the leader. He uses the VS Changer to transform into Patren 1gou (パトレン1号 Patoren Ichigō). Keiichiro is portrayed by Kousei Yuuki (結木 滉星 Yūki Kōsei). As his Patren 1gou form, he is portrayed by Masashi Takada (高田 将司 Takada Masashi).
History
In The Troublemaking Phantom Thief, Keiichiro, Sakuya Hikawa and Tsukasa Myoujin broke through a crime scene of the Kaitou Sentai fighting a Gangler, Ruretta Gerou. They demanded the Lupinrangers to immediately freeze, but they denied the order and blasted the Gangler. They transformed into their forms, and started fighting the other Sentai team, before they got away with a farewell word of "Adieu!".Later, Keiichiro was sitting on a bench, oppositing Kairi Yano. Kairi then told Keiichiro a warning, a word of advise that if he throw his trash from the distance he currently is, he will miss the bin. Keiichiro didn't listen and threw it, and missed. He went to it and picked it up, as Kairi went away while posing the word "Adieu" once more.
Keiichiro later frustratingly stomped away and went towards the Patranger headquarters. He heard Sakuya telling Hilltop that it was fine that the Lupinrangers fought the Gangler, because sooner or later someone needs to deal with the guy anyways. Keiichiro, stomped to the room, and straightly went to Sakuya and scolded him, telling him that they can't simply let the Lupinrangers defeat the Gangler, and Patrangers need to do some actions too. Suddenly, Tsukasa with her hand holding a food went towards Keiichiro and told him to calm down, while inserting the food into his mouth. He mouthed the word "tasty".
Later, Jim Carter alerted that there was a Ganger attacking at a certain location, and the team straightly headed to the door. To their surprise, Hilltop entered and give them new toys to test out! A case with a strange device.
When they arrived to the Gangler, the Lupinrangers had their head start, already battling it. It was in a state of defeat, until they had to bash in. They transformed and performed their role call, with the Red Ranger of the Kaitou Sentai in annoyance now...
In International Police, Chase After Them, they were caught up in the fight against each other now. Sentai versus Sentai. As they fought, the Ruretta Gangler bailed.
Patren 1Gou followed the Red Ranger from the Kaitou Sentai, everywhere, so literal until he was willing to jump onto his ship and failing, so he fell.
Later, Keiichiro was telling everyone that the Keisatsu Sentai will find the Gangler, and that is a promise. Kairi, watching him felt a pity and a flashback to go with it. Later, Keiichiro spot the Gangler with his two more members, and so they transformed. The Lupinrangers had arrived there first already, and opened the Gangler and took the treasure for the Lupin Collection. Both Kaitou and Keisatsu wanted to fight the monster, until Keiichiro shouted about the promise, and Kairi felt sorrow for the guy, and used his gripping hook and cling on a tall pole. His two more members followed him, but Kairi told them that they were done there, since they already swooped the treasure. Kairi told Keiichiro that he can do the clean up as they watch from above.
When they fought, they thought it was a good time to use the new trinket, and so they did. What a mess! They became a one fusion of the three! They are called Patren Ugou, but they didn't notice at first. After they blasted the monster and it exploded they, Keiichiro praised Tsukasa and Sakuya, telling them good work and they looked at themselves, they were one body! Sakuya sniffed his hand and told them that something reeks and they keep blaming Keiichiro for the smell. Kairi, Touma and Umika were laughing at Ugou.
After Goche Ru Medou revived the monster, it became huge! The three departed and celebrated because that, but they have a giant to deal with now. The three Kaitou Sentai spotted the monster, and decided to help out.
While fighting it, the Patranger's GoodStriker went to the Lupinranger's side and helped them out, because he's in a good mood. They became a giant robot and started fighting the monster until it's defeated.
Later, in the cafe, Yano and his friends were having a talk until the door opened. Keiichiro, Tsukasa, and Sakuya. Do they know their identities?

Personality
Keiichiro mainly has a rough and strict personality, who is normally angry at the Lupinrangers. regularly gets mad at Sakuya, and doesn't enjoy the Lupinrangers always hogging the glory to collect the Lupin Collection and beating the Ganglers single-handed. But as Keiichiro has said, he is keeping a promise, and is keen on doing so.Forms
Patren 1Gou
"1gou! Pat Rise! Keisatsu Change! Patranger!" - The transformation sound for Patren 1Gou. 
Keiichiro is capable of using the VS Changer to transform into Patren 1Gou, the Red Ranger of the Patranger team. On his face has a black police-hat like cover at the eyes. On it, has a yellow symbol there. Behind it is consumed by his red face, with only a white mark for his mouth piece. His neck is white, and he has red shoulder pads.
He has a white and red body suit. On his left side of his chest has another yellow symbol. He has three red lines in the middle of his chest, and going down on his torso has a red line. And his hips ends the white lines, with his legs just being red. The suit has a boot-like look at the feet, which is red in color with two white lines. On his hands has red and white stripes. On Patren 1Gou's waist lies his belt, which is red strapped, with a grey buckle.
Patren Ugou
The Patren Ugou has the main form of a normal Patranger form, but is cut into three pieces. The left arm is Patren 2Gou, being green and with some white stripes around the place. That part still has the yellow badge there. Even at the thigh and his shin has green marks. His left side of his face is also green.
On the opposite side is Patren 3Gou's part. It is mainly pink in color with some white remarks. It looks exactly like Sakuya's side, but pink. Even the face is the same color.
In the middle is red, with some holes for the two more to fit in. He has extra white stripes. The bottom of his face, the chin is also red. He has the same mask on his face. His leg's stripes are now grey in color. He still wears the same red strapped belt, with the grey buckle.
